Striving to create places that are unique, embracing and resilient.

From a simple love for visual communication to learning new design tools and understanding the opportunity Landscape Architects have as a bridge between
various sectors when creating places that are unique, embracing all aspects of cultural and social elements whilst also being resilient to the
increasing effects of global warming.

About Jenny

Jenny is a passionate Landscape Architect with 3 years’ experience working mostly on Residential/streetscape (both within Redlands Council and Brisbane Council), Health/Education and Industrial Facilities projects. Her love of design grew from her visual communication study in year 12. She enjoyed the process from research and conceptual visioning to detail designing the end outcome.

As a Landscape Architect, she aims to create places that are not only fun and engaging but can also embrace various types of user groups, whilst also being resilient to the increasing effects of global warming. Her background research in climate change during her university studies has inspired her to further explore and learn new strategies and tools which she can implement into her design, allowing communities of varying types and sizes to respond better to the rapidly increasing threat of climate change and environmental issues. Her conceptual approach in designing is grounded through observation and research and is constantly learning new tools to enhance her design visualisation approach and thinking. Drawing upon her current and developing skillset in various graphic programs and hand sketching allows her to communicate designs in simple easy ways.

Jenny is always willing to learn new concepts, tools and strategies from her peers to increase her design skills. Simply a girl who is helpful, kind and will always greet you with a sweet smile.
